Hi I'm Chuck Carlson

I grew up in South Eastern Idaho.

About Me

As a young man I served a mission to the New Zealand South mission in 1973-1975. My greatest accomplishment there was a personal conversion and commitment to serve the Lord. My wife and I are best friends. We have 6 children. All are married with families of their own. It is such a joy to watch our grandchildren grow and learn. It's easier watching them and being able to recognize their actions as curious and inquisitive learning than deliberate attempts sin. My greatest goal is to be their friend and example that they will want to follow. My career has been a continual learning experience

Why I am a Mormon

By the example of my parents, grandparents and leaders of the church, I served a mission. From that experience, I gained a strong conviction of the truthfulness of LDS faith. This gospel has been a guiding light throughout my life. I'm very grateful to the Lord for his guidance in my life.

How I live my faith

As an engineer and involved in the highly technical aerospace industry I've been greatly bless to see how God created this world and every thing on it. I'm in au at how my life has been directed by the hand of our Lord and savior. Looking back at my life it is easy to see his directing hand at the cross roads. My family is the one thing in this life I cherish. It is the one constant that gives me direction in the whirl wind of changing opinion and facts. The LDS faith helps me to know that when all is said and done, we'll be together after this mortal experience. To enjoy the opportunities in the immortal life.
