Hi I'm Tyler Coy

I'm a 19 year old from Riverdale Utah called to serve in the Texas Houston East mission in Spanish. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 19 year old preparing to go serve on a mission I leave in 14 days and am serving in the Texas Houston East Mission Spanish speaking. I love running and try to run nearly every day of the week. I enjoy being out in nature and pushing my limits as an athlete. I enjoy distance running and have completed a marathon and many 5k's and 10k's.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church but have developed my own testimony through time and spiritual experiences. My testimony is that the church is true and that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ lived, suffered, and died for us. He did all of this that we may be forgiven of our sins as well as be resurrected in those last days. He set the perfect example and I strive every day to live up to his example. I know that Joseph Smith truly restored the gospel as well as saw both our Father in Heaven and his son Jesus Christ. Following Joseph Smith's time we currently have a living prophet and apostles who speak the word of God. The Book of Mormon is a true book and it is essential to be able to live forever with our heavenly father. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

How I live my faith

I try to show my faith every day by the attitude I keep and the way I talk and interact with others. As a prospective missionary I try to bring the gospel into every conversation I have to practice before I get out to Texas. I try to do as much service as possible as that is when I feel closest to my Heavenly Father. I go to church weekly as I love to renew the covenants I've made.
