Hi I'm Aaron

I'm a Mormon who was raised by great parents and has a great love for the gospel of Christ.

About Me

I always loved Math and Science and recently discovered my love for physics specifically, I'm a very logical thinker. I want to go into some field that uses physics, but I'm not sure what. However, I also enjoy programming and might use that as my future career. I love playing the piano as well, although I'm not nearly as good as others, or as I would like to be, I continue to try to improve, but that is made hard by the fact that I'm also very busy as many people are these days. Trying to balance school, work, family and church can be frustrating, but somehow it all works out.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it feels right. Everything the church teaches makes perfect sense to me, everything in my life tells me that this is the true church. I feel so good when I live by the teachings of the church, and when I don't it goes the other way, I start to feel worse and worse, even if I don't realize it at the time, when I come back to the right way, I see how much I have missed because of my sins. So why am I a Mormon? Because everything I do points me to this church, and no matter what happens, I cannot deny that this is the true church.

How I live my faith

I am currently a pianist at church and I love doing it. It forces me to practice my piano skills and keep. I love using music to worship the Lord. It always brings me closer to Him and when I'm able to be a part of helping others feel that through music, it makes it even better. Every once in a while I play a musical number on the piano for our service and I love being able to bring the spirit so well to all those who listen, and preparing for those times strengthens me spiritually as well.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Aaron
Everyone is encouraged to serve a mission, but I want to tell you why I want to serve a mission, and why I am currently preparing to serve my mission. I have a strong testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ, but the reason why I want to serve a mission is because I love my brothers and sisters all over the world. I have seen how living this gospel has blessed my life more than I could imagine and I want to share that with everyone. So I'm going to share the gospel to help others, because I know how much it can bless them, and I want them to have that as well. Show more Show less
