Hi I'm Carter Anderson

I grew up in Utah, I love sports, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I just graduated from high school, where I played on the varsity basketball team. I love watching and playing all sports. I'm preparing to serve an LDS Mission, and cant wait to share the gospel with the people of my mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because living the gospel truly brings you happiness. And it has brought me happiness.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by providing a good example for my friends and family, I also do my best to prepare a great lesson for my primary kids every week, I love home teaching my families, and I will be serving and LDS mission.

What is faith?

Carter Anderson
So I was reading one of my missionary friends weekly emails and he was talking to an investigator and he asked the investigator what he thought faith meant, and the investigator replied it is trust. I had never thought about in that sense, but it makes perfect sense, faith means that we trust in our heavenly father, and that we trust in Jesus Christ and his infinite atonement, we trust in the later day prophets to lead and guide us. We trust that Joseph Smith really did see Heavenly Father and his Son Jesus Christ. And this trust is two ways our heavenly Father has trust in us to make the right decisions so that we can return to live with him. I am so very grateful for the role faith has played in my life and it can help you get through many difficult times because you may not know why something is happening, but you have to trust the lord that it is for the best.
