Hi I'm Wirujana Prasansaph

I'm a full-time missionary from Thailand and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an eldest daughter of the family. My mother converted when she was eighteen followed by my father in the following year. My interest in the way people communicate leads me to pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Thai Language and Literature and, later, a Master's Degree in Ethnology and Folklore. I love the diversity of cultures and beliefs in this world and I know that despite the differences we have, we are all children of God.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that this church is the only true church on earth. My testimony in the Godhead and church organisation is strong. When I keep the commandment and follows all the rules strictly, I can feel that God is watching over me, guide me and console me. When I keep the commandments and follow rules and instructions of the Church strictly, I can feel that God is watching over me, guide me and console me.

How I live my faith

Living my faith for me is as simple as following the example of Christ as best as I can. I gain the knowledge of Christ and his example by reading scriptures. For the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the standard work includes The Bible (both Old and New Testament), The Book of Mormon, Doctrines and Covenants, and The Pearl of Great Price. Reading scriptures leads to having a testimony that fullness of Jesus Christ's Gospel has been restored by Joseph Smith and leads to having desire to keep all the commandments given to us by God. As a Mormon, I keep the Ten Commandments, the Word of Wisdom, the Law of Chastity, the Law of Tithing, etc. And as said in Mosiah 2:17, "when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God", service is a very important way of showing our love to God. I try to make sure that everywhere I go, I serve people around me. My service could be as small as listening to people's problem or giving someone a hug but I know that these small action of love is beautiful both in the receivers' eyes and also in God's eyes. In my home ward, I served as a Young Single Adult leader and Sunday School teacher. Right now, I am serving as a full-time missionary in Utah, Salt Lake City, Temple Square Mission.
