Hi I'm Savannah!!

I am from South Jordan, Utah and will be spending the next 18 months serving in the Raleigh, North Carolina mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest in my family and I have 2 older brothers. I love to meet new people, laugh, and take pictures. You can usually find me listening to a friend in need, hanging out with my family or organizing something. I just think there is so much in life to be grateful for and that is what makes me so happy!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it brings me happiness. Life is always going to have its good and bad days. The ups and downs. The smiles and the tears. But I choose to live the Gospel and stay close to my Savior because He makes up the difference for all those trials. He is the only person who knows exactly what we are feeling because He has felt it. It is so easy to become bitter when something bad happens to us or someone we love, but we have to remember that there is a personal plan for everyone. And God makes no mistakes. Whatever is happening in our lives is happening for a reason and I can testify to you that as we stay close to the Savior and stay true to our faith, the hard days will be more bearable.

How I live my faith

I have been called as President in each of my Young Women's classes over the years. (Young Womens is an organization where all the girls ages 12-18 meet together in class and learn from eachother). I was also on the seminary graduation committee for my ward and High School where I was able to help plan the program and invite people to participate.(Seminary is an amazing experience where you can have a class set aside during your high school schedule and you take that time to study the Gospel). I love to share my testimony with others when I get the chance because it is a growing experience for me.
