Hi I'm Zach

I have lived all over the U.S. I do Triathlons. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 18 years old and just recently graduated from High School. Even though I was born in Texas, I have lived in Colorado, Minnesota, Georgia, and Tennessee as well. I enjoy doing triathlons and woodworking, but my favorite thing to do is to spend time having fun with my three siblings. Now that I have graduated I am looking forward to serving a mission in California and then attending college in Utah when I get back.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Mormon Church, but I continue to attend and follow the gospel that it has because I know that it is completely true. I know that Jesus Christ died for all of us so that we can repent for every single one of our mistakes no matter how big or small, and in the end we can all see him and Heavenly Father again. I know that Joseph Smith did see God the Father and Jesus Christ in the sacred grove and that he was given the Gold Plates and translated them into the Book of Mormon that we have today. I know that families are eternal, and that through the sealing ordinances of the temple that I will be with my family for eternity in the afterlife. I know that Christ does not forsake us and that he knows every fiber of our very being and that he is always there for us with his arm outstretched.

How I live my faith

I am preparing to serve a two year mission in Southern California where I will be serving those around me and spreading the gospel of Christ. I am very excited to do this because it will not only be a good experience for me to improve my character, but it will also provide me with many spiritual experiences as I testify of Christs love for all of us every single day.
