Hi I'm Hunter

Born and raised in the good ol' Arizona. I'm a Mormon about to serve a mission for the Lord, Jesus Christ.

About Me

I'm a high school graduate and I'm currently preparing myself to serve as an ambassador for the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I'm a huge fan of music, and I've played the clarinet as long as I can remember. I ran Cross Country in high school and find joy in taking a jog. Family and pets have always been a huge part of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I have had the blessing of being born into the church and always enjoyed attending as a child. I had a strong faith and testimony of our Savior and his teachings. As I grew older, I reached a point in time where I guess I just was weak or rather didn't care enough to follow some of the important warnings and impressions of our priesthood leaders today. Although I still attended church every single week along with other youth activities, I felt myself drifting away from my Savior. Nevertheless, as the prophet Isaiah always mentioned that the Lord's arms were "ever extended". I talked with my bishop and started to return to the presence of the Lord over a length of time. Now, I am only a couple of months away from serving a mission in the Mexico, Mexico City East mission where I will be over the course of two years. The Savior loves us all and died for us so that we may return to his presence with the father. That's why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

In James 1:17-18 it talks about faith and works. The way I try to live my life is modeled after these verses. I show my faith by my works. I teach children on Sunday about our Savior, Jesus Christ. I try to read my scriptures every day accompanied by prayer, but no one is perfect and some days are just better than others. I attend church every Sunday. This is how I live my faith.
