Hi I'm Courtney

I am a biochemistry major and an avid reader. I love learning. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love chemistry and biology...and just learning in general. I am an avid reader of fiction; my favorite genre being fantasy. I am a biochemistry major at BYU. I love spending time with my family and hope to have a family of my own one day.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon. I was born and raised Mormon, but am still a Mormon by my choice. I love this gospel and believe it with all my being. The gospel has helped me through the hardest times of my life and without it I would not be the person I am today. Throughout my life I've seen others going through difficult challenges and making life changing decisions without the gospel in their lives. It is hard to watch as they struggle so much more because they don't have this amazing light in their lives. Anyways, my love for the gospel comes from the simple truths it teaches that can be of infinite worth in trying times. I have a testimony that I know that this gospel is true, that the Savior lives, and that my Heavenly Father loves me. I am forever grateful to my parents for raising me in the gospel. It is the reason I am happy with the person I am.

How I live my faith

I am going on a mission to preach the Christ's gospel. In addition to this I do little things every day to live my faith. I smile at those around me, serve others, read the scriptures, and just generally try to be a good example of a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I live my faith by simply doing the best I can every day to become more like my Savior.
