Hi I'm Briquelle Stinson

I am a lover of life! I love being with family and being outside. I am currently working on a degree in education & I am a Mormon!

About Me

I am from North Carolina and I love anything and everything that is southern! I love being in the great outdoors, Gods creations never cease to amaze me! I love playing sports, while all sports are great, basketball and gymnastics are my favorite! I play piano and clarinet, and music is something that I am pretty sure is in my DNA. I love dancing, singing, and playing my way through life. I am going into Elementary Education, I love kids and I love how much they like to learn. I hope to make a difference in the lives of children through my example as a believer of Christ, and through my ability to love any type of child; so many children in our world just need to know someone cares about them. I absolutely love my family and no matter what I do with them, we always have fun! I am known as someone who always wears a smile, and I have my family and the Gospel of Jesus Christ to thank for that!!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love Jesus Christ! The gospel of Jesus Christ provides my life with guidance and the most happiness I have ever experienced. Through being a Mormon I have learned how much God loves me and how I never have to feel alone in anything I go through. I have learned that peace comes from turning to God in prayer and that he constantly wants to hear from me. Through being a Mormon I have learned about my purpose in life, and how I should live in harmony with God. My life has been so blessed and I have my Heavenly Father to thank for it!

How I live my faith

To me being a member of the church of Jesus Christ means emulating our Saviors example as much as we can! I strive to live my faith through simple acts of daily service, and through striving to show kindness to all I come in contact with even if they don't show me the same. My goal with people is that they always leave my presence feeling better about themselves and with a greater hope for all that life has to offer them; I feel like that is what Christ always did for others. Living my faith, means taking opportunities to share about my faith, and I strive to do that through opening my mouth and sharing with others why I live the way I do!
