Hi I'm Paola

I am a student studying Exercise Science. I am about to serve a mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest of three children and spent most of my childhood traveling from the States to Mexico to visit my family. I love that I got to grow up in both places. I just finished my first year of college in Idaho. I loved my college experience and hope to continue studying Exercise Science. I decided to serve an LDS mission and was called to serve in Mexico! I love to meet new people and help others as much as I can! I love my Mexican background and couldn't be more thrilled to be serving in a place that is home to me.

Why I am a Mormon

As I think about every memory of true happiness I have had, I can say that is has happened due to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I have received many blessings from being obedient and applying the teachings of our Savior and prophets. Although I am nowhere near perfection, the testimony I have gained that through our Savior, Jesus Christ, we can be clean and heal from our daily mistakes, I can find peace and reassurance that this church is true and that our Heavenly Father loves me.

How I live my faith

Growing up in the church, I have always seen how this religion is a religion of service. Not only do we, as children of God, must follow His commandments but we have a responsibility to help others with love. Sharing the happiness that I receive daily from this gospel through my actions, thoughts and words, is how I strive to live my faith. This love and happiness has always been a key factor in my decision to serve an 18-month long mission! This gospel brings true everlasting happiness and if I can share that with anyone I take that amazing opportunity.
