Hi I'm Carly

I grew up in Colorado and am a Marketing Major at Brigham Young University. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student at BYU studying Marketing. I love music! I have spent a lot of time attending various concerts and I also enjoy singing myself. I enjoy Genealogy and enjoying helping others learn more about their ancestors. I enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures. I am also an animal lover and love to cook. overall, I really love people and learning new things.

Why I am a Mormon

I have always been a member of the Mormon Church but I didn't feel truly converted until the age of about 12. Growing up, I was a very curious child. I thought and asked a lot of questions regarding life and the creation of man. I am a Mormon because I have found comfort and answers to all of my questions in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Never have a felt more sure about anything in my life than I do about the truthfulness of its teachings and I have felt the Holt Ghost manifest it to me many times as well. It is a church full of love and members are constantly doing things to help others, regardless of someones past or what they look like. My life has been greatly blessed as I have chosen to follow Christ and be a member of the Mormon Church.

How I live my faith

The church gives countless opportunities for us to serve one another. Growing up, I was able to support and help the young women in my age group as the president of our class. As I learned more about family history, I was called to help others navigate their ancestors and family trees. While attending BYU, I was asked to be a teacher and discuss the Doctrine and Gospel of Jesus Christ with my fellow students. I am so grateful that there are so many opportunities learn and grow within this community.
