Hi I'm Jonathan

I'm a graphic designer, a college student, a blogger, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised in Washington State. I have been raised in the Church, and it has always been a huge blessing for me. I really enjoy a little bit of everything, from graphic design, to backpacking. I even started blogging! I'm currently in college and preparing for a mission to the Czech Republic and could not be more excited!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have gained a testimony for myself of God's love for each of us and that he has provided a plan for us to be truly happy both in this life and the next. Just the joy that comes when we obey His commandments makes being a Mormon worth it for me. And that isn't even a glimpse of all of the blessings that we can receive! We are blessed with hope through the knowledge that we will be reunited with our loved ones after we pass on. We are blessed with the knowledge that we have a savior who atoned for our sins so that we can each become clean and return to live with Him in Heaven. We are blessed with these and soo many more! I am a Mormon because of how God has blessed my life as I have chosen to follow Him. These undeniable blessings have given me a unshakable testimony that this is His true church restored to the Earth today.

How I live my faith

One way I live my faith is by trying to help others when I can. Even when it is just by making them feel appreciated or cared for. One way I did this was by accepting to position as design editor of my High School yearbook. I did my best to encourage others and help them see just how special we each are. Now, I live my faith through my decision to serve as a full time missionary. As a missionary, I get to spend two years proclaiming to the people I meet, how God loves them and wants them to be happy. It truly is a fantastic message!
