Hi I'm Colton Thomas Clayburn

I grew up and live in Layton Utah. I've been raised in a Mormon family and I love this gospel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm from a family of 4. My mother, father, brother and me. My parents were married in the SLC Temple and I was raised by their example in a Mormon family. I've grow up loving the game of soccer. I've played since I could walk and it's my passion. Recently I just won the tittle of State Champion for Layton High School Soccer. Me and my best friends have all been called to serve missions, and most of them have left. I have been called to serve in the San Pedro Sula East, Honduras mission. I'm so excited to go and serve the people and my Heavenly Father.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up I have had many questions. I'm here to tell you that if you are questioning something, ask of God for the answers. Anything that I have pondered upon, Heavenly Father has given me the answer. I am a Mormon because of the joy I receive from this church. I know it is true. I know it. I have asked Heavenly Father multiple times to give me the confirmation of this church and he does without fail. I've seen the blessings in my life. They are there and I live such a happier life becuause of them. I know that our Heavenly Father wants us to be truly happy and by being a member of this church I'm making that a reality. I love being a Mormon. There's nothing more special to me and I want everyone to feel this happiness.

How I live my faith

I have held many leadership positions in the church as a youth. I have been a president and councilor for my priesthood groups and I like to see myself as someone that people can come to and find a friend. I try my best to show love for others and being a leader has helped me achieve that. I do everything I can to make sure that others feel that love that I have for Christ and this Gospel.
