Hi I'm Zach Wood

I grew up Utah. I love art and I love to snow ski. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Wisconsin but I grew up in Utah. I also lived in Chicago for a year. I love to draw and make art and I want to be in a career where I can continue to make art. I love the mountains and love to snow ski and mountain bike. After serving my mission, I plan to attend BYU.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church and I continue to follow the gospel of Christ because of the truth it contains. My Savior has done so much for me by helping me to feel peace and helping me to grow closer to Him and our Father in Heaven. The Gospel of Christ and his commandments are the foundation of living a happy life and I am very glad that I have them. The Gospel brings me closer to my family and gives me comfort that I can be with them forever. The guidance that can come through living in the Gospel of Christ is unmatched. I am glad I have these truths in my life.

How I live my faith

I have served in the Deacons, Teachers and Priest presidencies where I have helped lead the other kids that were my age. I've been a home teacher and have serve families in my ward through that calling. I have been the senior patrol leader for my ward scout troop and lead the scouts. During my senior year of high school I served on seminary council which serves the seminary students of the school and tries to help them come closer to Christ. I am currently serving as a missionary!
