Hi I'm Josh

I play the violin, love Ultimate Frisbee, and am a Mormon.

About Me

Ever since 5th grade I've played the violin--for me there's nothing like the sweet sound of the instrument. Music has always been a huge part of my life (I've even tried my hand at writing some--with varied success). I also love technology, mostly the creative side of it, though. One of my hobbies has been CGI: digitally rendering images. That's something that I may turn into a career someday. If I don't do that, I want to do something relating to designing stuff: maybe architecture or civil engineering or something. I've been accepted to two different colleges, and my decision on which field to go into will affect which college I choose--good thing I have a mission first! Oh, did I mention I love to play Ultimate Frisbee?

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I've read the Book of Mormon and it rings true. I've had my doubts before, but somehow, my doubts always resolve themselves when I'm doing what's right. Also, there's been too many little things from God in my life for the church not to be true. Therefore, the church must be true.

How I live my faith

I'm about to go on a mission--to give up two years of my life for the Lord. I couldn't do that if the church wasn't true. Every day I study my scriptures, as well as Preach My Gospel. I pray and strive to do everything in accordance with the standards of the Church, and keep my life in line with His will.
