Hi I'm Christian

I'm a swimmer. I'm a brother. I'm a student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Christian. I have been swimming since I was five years old and recently went to a State swim meet with my High School's varsity swim team. I love playing games, especially strategy games that take time to get into. After my mission I will be attending Utah State University, which is where my parents both graduated. I also love camping, canoeing, and anything outdoors in places that are very green.

Why I am a Mormon

For a while I was just going through the motions and attending church because that is what my family was doing. Then I decided I needed to know if I believed this gospel was true, and through reading the scriptures, prayer, and attending church I have been able to know for myself that what I was being taught really is from Heavenly Father. I have had hard times in my life and during these times I have received so much peace and comfort through the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. My experiences have led me to know that Joseph Smith is truly a prophet of God.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by helping plan activities. Throughout the years I have planned various activities for youth my age that help us bond as well as learn gospel principles. I have often focused on planning activities for those who feel left out or are in need of special attention. In addition to my church duties, I have also been involved in Boy Scouts of America throughout the years. I recently earned my Eagle and in order to complete the program I had the opportunity to serve in my community in various ways.
