Hi I'm Tattio Sarah Aboussou

I grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania. I have 13 brothers and sisters. My parents are converts from Africa. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Tattio Sarah but most everyone calls me Sarah. I am currently a student at BYU-Idaho and plan on going into nursing. I have 8 sisters, 5 brothers, and 2 very loving and supportive parents. I have been blessed to have the gospel throughout my whole life and have loved every second of it. In my spare time I like to read and go on runs with my siblings. I am currently preparing to serve a mission in Salt Lake City, Utah. I report to the Missionary Training Center September 6 and am so excited to be serving my Heavenly Father.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was about 5 or 6 and someone would ask me why I am a Mormon I would say, "Because my parents are and they make me come to church." As a young women now my feeling have changed. I like to like to live my life with a sense of purpose. The gospel of Jesus Church give me that purpose. I know that Heavenly Father has a plan for me and everyone on this earth. If I strive to keep the commandments and be like Christ I can see the fullness of that plan. This gospel, this church helps me get up in the morning because there is a reason to. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I love participating in any way that I can in my church community. My previous church calling include chorister, music director, and Laurel class president. When I have time I enjoy going out with the ward missionaries and accompanying them as they teach lessons to investigators and members. In my youth I enjoyed attending mutual and young women activities. This was also a great opportunity to be a member missionary as I would often invite friends to these meeting and encourage my sisters too as well. I love
