Hi I'm Eliza Day

I grew up in a small town in the Midwest. I enjoy being a college student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student attending a small town community college. I love participating in the science club and student council. My choice in studying to become a registered nurse has rooted from my interest in anatomy and caring for others. I am the proud owner of a pure-bred husky named, Bella. I love to take her on walks and play fetch with her. I am a daughter and sister. I am the youngest of five. I love to spend time with family and have movie/board game nights.

Why I am a Mormon

I have read the Book of Mormon, and know it to be true. The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ and evidence that Heavenly Father loves all His children. I love the good warm feeling that comes from keeping His commandments and learning of Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father through the scriptures and Prophets. I have peace in knowing where I came from, why I'm here, and what will happen after I die. Heavenly Fathers plan for us and all His children is a happy one.

How I live my faith

I believe through small and simple things we can make a big impact on ourselves and those around us every day. I strive to live by example. I try to choose the right when a choice is placed before me. When I feel prompted to visit a neighbor or smile at someone I'm passing on the street, I feel a goodness when I follow these promptings. To try a little harder, each day, to be a little better.
