Hi I'm Sister Tatum Peterman

I grew up in Tucson, Arizona. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 19 years old. I went to Utah State for a year and I have currently been called to serve at the Boise, Idaho mission. I love to exercise and like stay fit and active. I love learning whats good for my body and about nutrition. I enjoy trying new things. There are so many things in this world that I want to see and experience. I want to go places and see other ways of how people live. I enjoy hearing peoples stories, about their pasts, and their viewpoints about life. I know you must read this and think it's strange but I enjoy it.

Why I am a Mormon

It tells of the truth. Period. I can type pages and pages of my experiences through this church and why I know that this church is true, but I feel like I should just it to you brief. This church gives answers. And I know they are true. It answers questions that all of us asks everyday. Why we are here, what our purpose is now, and where we are going, and it make sense! I didn't notice that it did, until recently. And I know it's true. Even though I was raised in the church, I took it for granted and I had my doubts. I didn't believe God was even aware of my existence, well guess what? He is aware, he is more than aware, and he knows you. He knows all about you. Because you and me we are his children. He loves us and wants us to come back to him. He wants us to be more like him and his Son Jesus Christ. Overall, he want us to be happy, sincerely happy. We have many rules or commandments they can sound strict or don't make sense, but they are guidelines to a happy life. I am a Mormon because this church i feel is not only the right way to live but a smart way to live, and it has answers. Period.

How I live my faith

I enjoy teaching the youth, and helping them gain a testimony. I will help out teachers and their lessons as well. While I was up at Utah State, I helped organize games such as volleyball and basketball with people in my church.
