Hi I'm Nathan Lee Walters

I grew up in Highland. I am getting ready to serve an LDS mission in Auckland, New Zealand! I am proud to be a mormon!

About Me

My name is Nathan Lee Walters. I am 18 years old and I love to hangout with family and friends. I love the outdoors and I love to play sports. I also love to exercise and keep my body healthy and fit. I love to meet new people and make new friends. I love to help people by serving others. It makes me very happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I love everything about this gospel so much! I am so happy, grateful, and blessed to be a member of his church. This gospel has brought such happiness to my life and not only my life but my friends and families lives as well. It's so humbling to know that I have a savior who atoned for my sins and that He knows each and everyone of us individually and that we can turn to him whenever we want. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God and Joseph Smith restored this gospel through God's power and authority. I know that families can be together forever and I love my family very much. I know that if we hold to the iron rod and be obedient and obey the commandments then we can return to live with Him again.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being obedient to the commandments in my everyday life. I also live my faith by being a worthy priesthood holder and by being able to enter into the temple. I live it by serving others and magnifying the priesthood and callings in the church today.

What are Mormon temples used for?

Nathan Lee Walters
I believe that mormon temples today are used to go and seek peace, happiness and guidance in the house of the Lord. Mormon temples are the most sacred place on this earth today. And the ordinances and covenants that you make in the temple are the biggest decisions you will ever promise to make in your whole life time. Show more Show less
