Hi I'm Emily

I'm a Mormon and a soon to be missionary for the church.

About Me

I love to camp, swim, play board games, golf, and spend time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to be a member of this church, because I understand the love that God and His son have for me. The more I learn about this gospel and God's plan for me, the more I want to share the gospel with others. This gospel is what brings me true happiness and all the other things I have always dreamed of including an eternal family, eternal life, purpose, and love.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a Sunday School Teacher and a Family History consultant. This means I teach the youth in my ward on Sundays, and I teach all church members about their ancestry! I will be leaving for 18 months to bring the gospel to others.

What do Mormons believe about “eternal life?”

We believe that we were sent to earth by a loving Heavenly Father, God, to help us grow and learn. After we die, we will all be resurrected and judged for the things we have done in this earth life. If we strove to follow God's commandments and live righteously, we can return to him. God wants us to be able to return home to him, so he has provided a plan for each of us to live in Heaven with Him. We need to follow His plan. If we do, we can live forever with God and our family.
