Hi I'm Caleb

I live in Washington, I'm an eagle scout, I'm serving a mission in Honduras, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love adventure. I rock climb, camp, hike, do water sports, winter sports, practice wilderness survival, and will hop on any opportunity for a new adventure. One of my favorite activities is what me and my best buddies call "Snurfing" (Snow-surfing) We will hook up a waterski tow rope to the back of a snowmobile and then a guy on a snowboard holds on for dear life as we tear around a snowy area. My little brother has Autism but dang is he the smartest kid ever. He knows quite a few computer coding languages and always has a new little circuit board or something to show me that he plugs into the computer and starts doing some crazy stuff with. I have an older sister, little brother, and two little sisters along with my mom and dad.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have felt Gods love and seen his hand in my life. There are things that happen in your life that for some reason, just click. They work out when all odds point to them failing, something big or even something tiny can come out of the blue and completely change your day around. I have felt many times the blessings of God in my life and after reading the Book of Mormon and praying about it, I know it is true. There is a special atmosphere in an LDS church and a righteous LDS home that is tangible and comforting. This is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by waking up every morning and reading the scriptures, then I pray, and I start my day. I don't drink coffee or tea, and I never swear. I try my hardest to always maintain my standards, and the most rewarding part of my day is when I get to help out my friends. I love giving them advice and talking to them, I love helping them through struggles and spending time with them, and I love to see them happy again! People are so much fun when they are feeling good! I go to church every Sunday, and I practice the organ all week long as I play the organ for my church. Every night before I go to sleep I pray and read my scriptures again. That's how I live my faith.
