Hi I'm Aniya Brown

I'm a Mormon. I know it! I live it! I love!

About Me

I am a Mormon! I know it. I live it. I love it. My favorite thing is to spend time with my family and positive friends that allow me to grow and show my abilities to love and help others. I have been blessed with the patience of Job and loving children unconditionally. I was born into a family where i have 3 half-sisters and a half brother and then i have 3 blood siblings. I know my family is a circle of love with every challenge faced every blessing celebrated and every joy shared, our circle is strengthened together. We are unbreakable. My family is forever!

Why I am a Mormon

I love being apart of The Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints. I believe in Joseph Smith that he restored the gospel. I love this section of article "Why am I LDS." from the New Era back in February 2009. It states: So why on earth am I a Mormon? It is something that rests deep within my heart, because in reality, being Mormon is a lifestyle. It influences everything you think, the way you see the world, and what decisions you make. My religion defines me, and while some might think that makes for a shallow, mediocre existence, my religion is actually a great source of happiness. It is through my religion that I am able to see who I really am. I am not a Mormon because my say I need to be one I am a Mormon because it something that I want in my life. I choose and live by the church because I know it is true.

How I live my faith

"I live by faith, not by fear." -Elder Quentin L. Cook. I am so blessed to have had the opportuinty to have different callings in the church. I have many youth callings in Young Women's. I have been a Beehive and Mia Maid counsleor, and Laurels president. Since I have been out of Young Women's, I have been the nursery teacher, and I have enjoy every ounce. For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7).
