Hi I'm Quinlan

I grew up in Utah. I'm the neighborhood math whiz. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the oldest of four children, all born and raised in Utah. I graduated with high honors from the local high school, and plan to attend college soon. Much of my life has been enjoyed creating music: I enjoy playing piano, and I've played it since I was very young. I also played percussion in my junior high and high school bands, and ended up rather proficient in it. I also have a fascination with mathematics, which has led to me tending to leave people confused whenever I talk about it.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that this is Christ's true church. I know that our loving Heavenly Father sent his son, Jesus Christ, to atone for our sins. I know that they appeared to Joseph Smith and restored the true church back to the Earth. And I know that through following Christ, we can receive joy in this life and return to them in the next.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith at all times, by being an example to everyone around me. I'm one of the youth leaders of the youth group I'm in in my ward. Mostly, this means that I get everyone's attention at the beginning of class, but I also sometimes give the lesson. I also home teach two families that live on the opposite end of my ward. This consist primarily of visiting them every month, checking up on them, and giving a lesson, but it is also my responsibility to watch over them and lend a hand when needed. I am also soon to leave on a mission to share the Gospel, which I am quite excited for!
