Hi I'm jared

I live in mesa, Arizona, born and raise. I love to be with friends and family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a teenager about to go on a mission, i still feel like a kid because i work at Jamba Juice and i still act like i am twelve most of the time. I enjoy staying active not only physically but also spiritually. I also LOVE homemade brownies, that is truly one of my weaknesses. I have a great family that loves and supports me and i know they will always be there for me. My friends are silly at times but are great people. I have been a Mormon my whole life and i would like it to stay like that, i do not know where i would be without the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

Why i am a Mormon? there are plenty of reasons why i am a Mormon. Being a Mormon is not only living in a community where people share your same beliefs, but we are a family. We all serve each other when we are in need and give our time to those in need of help. I love the gospel because the environment it lets me have, "Be of the world But not in the world". Even though i am in the world i don't have to partake of worldly things because of the knowledge i have and i love knowing that i can be like Christ with the ways he has provided for me.

How I live my faith

As of now i am the leader for the group of sixteen to eighteen in my ward, also known as the first assistant to the bishop because he is actually the one in charge. Anyways, it is one of the best callings i have had, it lets me serve my friends and those around me. I love them and we all help each other, especially if one is out sick or has simply not been there for a couple weeks. Right now we have a friend that has not been with us for a few weeks, we miss him, i miss him and i wish to be a part of the peacefulness and joy i have felt. therefore we keep inviting him. i serve my ward every week and by blessing the sacrament which is a privilege for me to do in the representation of my Savior Jesus Christ. I try to read my scriptures every day and books of the gospel because of the knowledge and the warm feelings of the truthfulness the explain, i do this also because i am serving a mission in a couple of months and i want to declare the gospel as my Savior did while he was here on the earth.
