Hi I'm Tasi

I was born in Samoa, raised in Auckland- New Zealand and I am a current student at Auckland University of Technology

About Me

My hobbies are spending time with family, shopping, playing sports perferbably Volley ball and Netball, I love to sing and play piano. I am a current student attending the Auckland University of Technology majoring in Social Science.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the gospel of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I've continued to be a member now that I'm accountable to do what I like, but it is my faith in this gospel that has moulded me into the person that I am today. It is through the gospel my family has experienced happiness and joy. It is through the gospel that has kept me on a stable and solid ground, and I have that what is knows as a testimony of Jesus. Which means that by my own personal revelations and personal prayers along with personal scripture studies, it has been confirmed by the Holy Spirit to my soul that Jesus is the Lord and my Savior. That he brought life and immortality on earth and restored the fullness of his truths today so that we as heavenly fathers children could be inheritors of his eternity. I believe this to be true, and I believe this gospel is found to be the only true gospel upon the face of this earth, I know it and the holt spirit has born witness of it to me.

How I live my faith

How I live my faith, is by being a part in the musical board within the church. I am a pianist for the congregation and a pianist for the little kids class time. I use to be in the youth board, teaching a bunch of young women's aged 12-17. I help with organising music activities that brings families and friends together.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Tasi
A testimony is that which is known as what an individual Mormon believes in. Which means they gain a testimony through experiences they go through receiving personal revelations by the Holy Spirit to their soul double testifying of what they believe in to be true. A testimony is what anchors most Mormons life. What helps remind them who they are and their love for Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father. Show more Show less
