Hi I'm Spencer Bischoff

I was born and raised in Fishers Indiana. I was a wrestler for four years. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love almost every sport there is, but I particularly love watching football. I wrestled for four years in high school. After my mission I plan to attend the University of Utah to study business administration. I am going to serve in the Mexico City East Mission and I couldn't be more excited.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised a Mormon, but at one point I needed to see if the church was true. I had been believing what everyone told me without question. I was encouraged to search for truth for myself. After that I sought out truth, and I did my best to put myself in positions that I would know truth. It says in Alma 32:7 to "an experiment upon my words...that ye can give place for a portion of my words". I did just that. I questioned and read good books, like The Book of Mormon. I finally came to the conclusion, after many spiritual experiences that strengthened my conviction in my belief in Christ, that this church is the true church of Jesus Christ. This is the true restored church of Jesus Christ. The Book of Mormon is a true book, and if you believe in Christ's words you will believe The Book of Mormon. It's hard sometimes, but the blessings that come from following Christ through His restored church are immeasurable. Experiment with the church. Give it a whole heart chance and I know you will feel of its truth.

How I live my faith

I do my best to participate in service projects that effect those around me, no matter who they are. I do my best to read the scriptures and pray daily to feel the holy ghost as often as I can. I am currently working on a more regional level with the youth with planning activities for the youth that promote spiritual experiences as well as allow the youth have fun.

What is being a Mormon like?

Spencer Bischoff
Being a Mormon is such a blessing. I know it sounds super cheesy but it truly is. I can personally tell you that I have never truly had moments of deep despair and confusion. Because of the teachings of the Mormon church my questions have been answered and blessings have been given. I have never had true despair because i have followed the commandments that The Lord has given me. I have had so much joy in my life and its all because of the teachings of Jesus Christ and this church truly teaches the fullness of what Jesus Christ has to offer. Show more Show less
