Hi I'm Carter

I have grown up in Utah. I will be attending Harvard University after my mission in Moldova. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I will be graduating high school in the next week and am ready to be an adult! I enjoy reading, playing the piano, and am an avid high school debater. I am trying to learn Russian, and speak a little Chinese.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church, with both my parents being members. Growing up in the church, I was surrounded by the testimonies and witnesses of those in my family and community. I choose to continue following the gospel of Jesus Christ because of the light and guidance it has brought into my life. Reading the Book of Mormon and praying about its words has confirmed its truthfulness to me, and it has helped to strengthen my testimony of Jesus Christ. I know that he is my Savior, and through him I have the opportunity to repent and become better. I am truly grateful for the opportunities to grow, and the strengthening power provided through the gospel of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I attend church each Sunday, and enjoy meeting with the other youth in my ward on Thursdays for our mutual activity. I also lead and conduct the music for the men in my ward. I plan on serving a two year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and have been called to serve in the Moldova Region of the Romania/Moldova Region.
