Hi I'm Chloee

I grew up in Ogden, Utah. I'm easy going, nature-loving, and gospel sharing. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm an old lady with a young body. Not like Benjamin Button or anything like that, but rather I identify most with the hobbies and interests that are generally associated with those of a few generations older than myself. I love to knit, bake, read, and dye yarn. I love sheep and I dream one day to have my own flock. If you asked my dad for my one defining characteristic, he would say that I'm a wicked table tennis player with a style all my own. My mom is my best friend, which I understand sounds a little sad but you would know why if you met her. I am preparing to serve a full time mission in Fresno, California.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents brought me up in the LDS church. I can't pin down a moment that I knew the church was true or that I was converted to the gospel, rather I have, throughout the course of my life become converted through the small experiences and affirmations of single truths from God. Simply stated, I am a Mormon because I love Christ and I know that this is his church. I know that He lives and that He loves all of his children. I am grateful for the knowledge that Gods greatest goal is to bring us all back to live with him eternally.

How I live my faith

I try to serve the Lord in as many ways as I can. I serve with the young women ages 12-13 in my congregation. I am a ward missionary which means that I do missionary work with my local community and seek to bring those in my neighborhood unto Christ. I also serve in my local temple 2 days a week, helping people perform sacred ordinances for themselves and their deceased ancestors. My goal is to share my faith with everyone I meet whether that is through answering questions, bringing them to church, or simply embodying Christ in all I do by serving and smiling.
