Hi I'm Bayli

I grew up in Utah. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest in my family with 4 older siblings. I also have 6 nieces and nephews that I love spending time with. I enjoy reading, being outside, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. My favorite season is summer because I enjoy spending time outside in the warm weather. I enjoyed being a part of several teams growing up. These included a competitive dance team, my high school's cheerleading squad, and my high school's girl's golf team. I enjoyed being involved and got to make several friends and learn many lessons through these different activities. I just finished my freshman year of college and was recently called to serve as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Canada Winnipeg mission. I am looking forward to serving a mission and teaching others about what I believe in.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this gospel brings so much happiness to me. I have seen what happens to people who fall away from the church or who don't have the church in their everyday lives and have realized how the church can change lives. I never want to be in a situation where I cannot feel the spirit. I know that we have a living prophet today who leads and guides us through the direction of our Heavenly Father. I know that families are eternal and I am so grateful to be able to live with my family forever. I am not perfect, but I know that through the Atonement of Jesus Christ I can be clean and repent of my sins continuously throughout my life. I am grateful for the sacrifice made by Jesus Christ so that we can all live with our Heavenly Father again. I know this church is true with my whole heart.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by always looking for opportunities to serve others. I decided to take part in an organization over the past year that allowed me to "adopt-a-grandparent" at a local rest home and visit them regularly. I really enjoyed getting to know the grandparent I "adopted" and have learned so much over the past year through that service. I find joy in serving the people around me and doing whatever I can to help others be happy. This also goes along with visiting teaching. I strive to be someone who has a strong testimony of the church and live it through my example. I hope to show the people I associate with, including the people I visit teach that I have faith in and a testimony of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints through my actions and example.
