Hi I'm Ann Marie

Born and raised in Southern California. I'm passionate about fitness as a certified Exercise Physiologist. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a soccer nerd. I played for Utah State for 3 years and eventually graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the university. I'm currently in Alaska working for the summer and preparing for a mission in Colorado Fort Collins! I love clouds. You'll never hear me complaining about the clouds (unless it's snowing).

Why I am a Mormon

I've been a very active member for my whole life. I tried (and try) my best to listen to the counsel of my parents and to seek the Lord in scripture study and prayer daily. When I moved away to college, I really learned to importance of living the gospel and now I show the Lord I love Him by doing my very best to keep His commandments. Through tender moments, I have learned that the Lord knows me. He loves me. He hears my prayers. And He answers when I earnestly and sincerely seek His guidance in my life. The Book of Mormon is true. I've read it multiple times cover to cover and I study it often. I'm grateful for Jesus Christ's example of a perfect life, so that I can know what kind of person I need to become to gain eternal life. I'm so imperfect, but because of Him, I can be healed. I can be cleansed. I can love others. I can accomplish difficult things. I can be forgiven for my shortcomings and imperfections. I can be a light to others in this dark, dismal, and sometimes seemingly hopeless world. HE LIVES! And I will gladly proclaim His divinity and resurrection from the mountain tops!!! I love my life and I love the gospel.

How I live my faith

I attend church in Alaska in a small building with about 50 other people. Although our branch is small, the spirit is strong and we love the Lord!
