Hi I'm Kenna Cutler

I'm an American Canadian, an athlete, an outdoor enthusiast, a Missionary, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an American Canadian currently living in Washington State. I have moved around the Pacific Northwest a lot, and spent the first 6 years of my life in British Columbia. I am the oldest of three children My passions are to play sports, especially soccer, basketball, and track. I love to be in the outdoors hiking, camping, and travelling to visit new places. I play the piano and I attend Brigham Young University in Idaho, I will be serving as an LDS missionary in the Chicago, Illinois Mission Spanish speaking. I look forward to learning a new language and serving the Lord. I love to look for joy in life, and I try to live the dream daily.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints since I was baptized at the age of 8. I have been going to church my whole life. Growing up LDS has shaped my life for the better. Learning the truths of this gospel helped me want to be a good person, and living righteously so I could return to my Father in Heaven again someday. The church has taught me to set standards for myself and keep myself morally and physically clean and pure. These standards has helped keep me away from the natural man and the sins of the world. Through this I know I am strengthened, and that I will be rewarded for my diligent efforts. Over the years my testimony of this gospel has grown. I am a Mormon because I know that the restored gospel of Jesus Christ is found in the LDS chruch; I know that we are sons and daughters of God and that he loves and knows each one of us personally. And through the LDS church we can grow close to Him, and return to live with Him again someday soon.

How I live my faith

I strive to be like my Savior everyday, I look for the good in life and try to find joy in everything. I read my scriptures daily, and pray to my Father in Heaven. I try to serve those around me as much as possible, and look for opportunities to learn and grow. Currently I work with the children in my ward, I teach them and help them understand what we as LDS members believe in. I enjoy doing so, and watching these children understand and love their Savior. I have also been called to serve as a Missionary for the Church, I will leave my current home, and will serve for 18 months in Illinois speaking Spanish.
