Hi I'm Arianne Chilán

"And that same sociality which exists among us here will exist among us there..." D&C 130:2

About Me

I love music, reading and hot chocolate. I'm studying medicine, and soon I'll go out and preach the gospel. I am the eldest of four brothers, and I enjoy being a leader in the Church of two of them. I like to communicate with people, that is why I have studied several languages since I was a child. Currently I speak Spanish (native language), French, Italian, English and Portuguese; My goal is to be able to get to speak 7. I love to travel, to know new customs and to know of their hidden histories.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was little, I wanted to go to the church that my grandparents were going to take me to when I was going to spend the holidays at home. One day I asked my father to do it, between tears and smiles he told me that we would go on Sunday, and he told me that he was already a Mormon but that he had been away for many years. Almost 14 years later, my whole family is a member, and I am preparing to serve in the mission that has been assigned to me in a couple of months. I testify of the blessings we get when we decide to follow Christ, my life changed completely even though I was a child, I could see the love of my parents increase between them, towards me and my brothers, but above all toward our Loving Heavenly Father and Your son. That, my dear brothers, is one of the most beautiful blessings and experiences that I have experienced throughout my life. I know that He knows us and loves us, follow His commandments, let the light of Christ enlighten our path and know without a doubt that at the end of it He will be waiting for us with open arms. In his name, Amen.

How I live my faith

I am so grateful to be able to work in Primary, to be with the children is gratifying and to see how they share their testimony and grow temporarily and spiritually is even more beautiful. I know without a doubt that the best way to raise these special spirits is through the Gospel. Listen to your children, love them, let them share their experiences with their testimonies and learn from them.
