Hi I'm Taylor Stanger

I grew up in the potato state (Idaho). I love skiing! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Taylor and I am from the United States. I live in Idaho in the city of Twin Falls. I am a student at Utah State University studying Elementary Education with a Math Endorsement. My biggest passion is skiing!! I absolutely love it!!! I love to spend time with my family and travel with them. I am currently preparing to serve in the Wisconsin Milwaukee mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family where mormonism has always been part of my life. I always attended church meeting and activities because that is what my family did and what was expected of me. It wasn't until I moved to college that I was able to make my own decisions about attending and participating in church meetings and activities. I knew that it was the right thing to do, so I continued to attend. One of the biggest reasons why I am a mormon is because of the way it makes me feel. When I attend church meetings I feel at home. There is a calm feeling that is present. the stress of life is gone and temptations subside. I believe that the teachings that the church teaches are true because of the way that the spirit testifies to me. I know that being a mormon has blessed my life and will continue to if I do my part and live true to the teachings.

How I live my faith

I was born in the church with both of my parents being LDS. I have very fond memories of attending primary classes and I loved attending Young Women's classes and activities. I am grateful for the leaders that have helped me develop a testimony of the Gospel.
