Hi I'm Kaylee

I grew up in Utah. I love to read, play tennis, swim, and enjoy the outdoors. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I'm someone who loves to enjoy the world around me; sometimes that's traveling with my family or its just sitting outside in the hammock. I love to read many different kinds of books and sometimes stay up way to late doing so. I enjoyed going to college for a year before my mission. I love to listen to music and have enjoyed playing bass since I was in 6th grade.

Why I am a Mormon

As I grew up I went to church because my parents wanted me to not because I new for myself that it was the right thing. As I got older and learned about what it would mean to be baptized and become a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints I have come to know for myself that it is the true church and that I love it. I have always loved how the people in the ward become your family and friends. I have continued to follow Christ's gospel because I have come to find for my self that what I have been taught is true and I know it and love it with all my heart. I know that Heavenly Father loves each of us individually and listens to what we need and what we go through. I know he is always there for us and will help us with anything that we need, all we have to do is ask. I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ came to Joseph Smith when he asked Them which church was the right one. I know he was called of God to translate the Book of Mormon and be the president of the church. I know that the prophets are called of God. I know that no matter what we go through Heavenly Father is there by my side even when I don't notice. I love the gospel and all the joy and meaning it has brought into my life. I will for ever be grateful for all that I have been given and the sacrifice Christ went through for each of us individually. I'm grateful for the knowledge that I have about the church that has made me into a better person and the person I am today.

How I live my faith

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints my whole life. I have loved being a part of a bigger family that takes care of each other. I have been able to make great friends and help look out for them by being in the presidency of the young women's group from the time I was twelve until I turned 18 and moved out of the young women and into the adult group. I love how all of the assignments that members are asked to have help ourselves and others to be happy, safe, and to grow into better people.
