Hi I'm Rianne

I am a Filipina who grew up in a humble family. I love joining in a musical play and i do love dancing so much. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the only daughter of my parents. All my life, i really love dancing and performing in a variety show or a musical play both in school or at church. I usually listen to music and read books during my past time; i love baking as well. Well, I am a fashion enthusiast, and I'm creative in my own way. I already graduated in college with a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Marketing.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Latter-Day Saint or commonly known as Mormon, is somehow not easy. There are lotsof things to avoid and we should follow the standards God has set for His children. But then I realized that all the teachings in the church are for our benefit. The Lord wanted us to live a joyful life that's why He wanted us to live by His precepts. I love being a Mormon, because we have been taught of who we really are—and that's being a literal daughter/son of Heavenly Father. Being a Mormon is what makes me peculiar, and it's cool! One thing i cannot forget is how God sets His plan for His children that we may know that we all dwelt with Him before we are sent to Earth to possess a body and to have joy in this life, and as to where we are going after leaving this mortal frail. Our Heavenly Father's plan is eternal. And He gave the way by which we should enter to be able to return to His presence. Another thing, there are times that i felt like I have no one to lean on, but then I realized that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ are there, who extend their loving arms to me and that's what i did—i turn to Them in much prayer and supplication whenever i feel so alone. And when i will be given another chance to live after i die, I will still choose to be a Mormon 'cause i love to be one, and I am happy to be a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I have been called as Class Secretary during my Young Woman years, and I got my first ward calling being our Ward Young Women Organization Secretary at the age of 17. At first, I had a hard time performing this calling, but along the way i felt comforted that i am not doing it alone. After 2 years, i was released being a secretary, and called as 2nd counselor of that same organization. That time I got the chance to teach our youth, and help them in doing their projects and activities, and even led them in creating presentations annually. Also, I am one of those Single Adults (18-30 y/o) who help in organizing events in our church, and i love doing it. I am assigned to put decorations for the events and I am even one of the event staff during our events who assist the participants and leaders of our local unit.
