Hi I'm Abbie

I'm the eldest of 6 girls in my family. My favorite color is green and I love candy. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm know as the comedic relief in any social situation, and I'm perfectly okay with that. I love making people laugh and smile. I'm a HUGE fan of Harry Styles, and I love to watch anime. I went to UVU for a little bit, and loved my music class and roommates.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in this religion and am very accustomed to it, but when I started to get into jr. high/ high school I started to question my faith and my testimony in this gospel. I knew that God lived and that Jesus Christ had died for everyone's sins but i was still struggling with making sure I believed in the different aspects of this religion and not just solely relying on my parents' testimonies. So I prayed... A LOT, and I read and looked into things and tried to be very conscious of how I was feeling. I came to understand that there are things in this world that are awful, and I was very disheartened and sad, and when i nothing seemed to help relive my aching heart I turned to This gospel and it really helped my feel understood, and loved. I know that there are still terrible things that are still happening but there is hope and goodness still fighting against it. I knew I wanted to be apart of this fight, and i find that learning and serving in this church allows me to do that. In know that He lives and loves us, and knows us individually. I Know that He has a plan for everyone to return back home to him. And that He loves us NO MATTER WHAT. I know that Joseph Smith was and is a prophet and that he translated the Book of Mormon. I know we have a living prophet now, and that he receives revelation for us. I know all these things to be true through the Holly Ghost and constantly try to be worthy to have his companionship. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

I'm really young so I haven't really had a lot of callings, but I try to participate in any way that I can. I was involved in my young women's youth group and helped plan fun and spiritual activities. When I moved from home I had fun visiting my friends and sharing and learning from one another. I'm currently preparing to serve an LDS mission to Nebraska, so that should be fun.
