Hi I'm Judy

I was raised in the church in a Utah town called American Fork. I am a Mormon!

About Me

I am a mother of three children, and grandmother to six. I worked for almost 30 years in a secretarial-type role and recently retired from the office. I love to play games, whether they are board games, card games or computer games. I also like to go for walks and ride a bike.

Why I am a Mormon

My ancestors each chose to be a member of Christ's church back in the early 1800's. Some of them even knew the prophet, Joseph Smith. They suffered many trials and persecution, but nothing stopped their faith. This has been handed down to me. I also know that this Church is true and was restored in these latter days. I have a very strong testimony of Jesus Christ. I am so appreciative of his love for me and for his atoning sacrifice for my sins. I know the atonement is real, that Christ died for me, and that he and my Father in Heaven love me.

How I live my faith

I go to church every Sunday. I help with the little children (under three) in a nursery. We sing songs and play with toys. We also talk about our Savior, Jesus. I also enjoy helping single ladies and widows in my neighborhood all throughout the week. Jesus said to love everyone, and that is what I try to do. When a neighbor has a new baby, I make sure that meals are provided to her family for a few days after the birth to help the new mother by not having her have to cook. This is a great service to these new families, which I love doing. Service proves that you love others and our Savior, Jesus Christ.
