Hi I'm Chase

I've run Cross Country and Track and Field. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Some of the things I enjoy doing are: playing card games, video games, and board games; riding ATV's; going camping; running for fun; hanging out with friends; spending time with family; and, sometimes, even being creative, like imagining a made-up world or character in my head.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon since I was born, and officially joined, by baptism, when I was 8 years-old. Since then, I have come to learn and know for myself that this is Jesus Christ's true church on the earth today, and that He and our Parents in Heaven, love us and care about us. I have come to this knowledge through the feelings I've received, from them, through a Spirit known as the Holy Ghost. I have also come to know that Jesus Christ knows what we're going through and understands us, and we can receive that comfort and support through the Holy Ghost. And you can come to know this knowledge through sincere, heart-felt prayer and by reading from the Holy Bible and the Book of Mormon as often as you can, even by doing these things daily. After all, as Jesus Christ said John 7:16-17: "16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. "17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself" (King James Version, John 7.16-17).

How I live my faith

I participate in my church by being a secretary for our 16 to 18 year-old young men, and I have also taught/looked-after families in our area. My beliefs have an impact on how I view my life and purpose, as well as influence who I am and who I want to become. Currently, I plan on spending two years of my life in humanitarian and religious service for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
