Hi I'm Griffin Yentes

I grew up in California. I will be serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the third born with two great older siblings and two younger crazy brother and sister. I love playing and trying new sports and have grown a passion and respect for everything that I have tried. I will shortly be graduating from High School and serving a mission in Jacksonville Florida. After I return from my mission I plan on attending Brigham Young University.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I have grown up in the Church. My parents have been members my whole life so early on they set the example for me to attend my church services and find the importance of regular service attendance. I always had faith in the church and always thought it to be true but like many other people who want to know the truth for themselves I decided to pray about it and ask Heavenly Father if what I was learning was true. As soon as I did this I had an overwhelming sense of peace. From that experience I knew that the Church was true and what I was learning in my services and through the scriptures was the word of God.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending my church meetings regularly and by serving in a leadership role for the youth of my church. I'm like the youth leader so I'm in charge of setting up activities for our youth group like career nights.
