Hi I'm Madison

I grew up in the United States. I love music and playing sports. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I have been going to college in Utah and I love it! I love music of all kinds! Singing and playing instruments is one of my hobbies. I love to play sports! I mostly play basketball, soccer, and volleyball but am down for any and all! I grew up in a very small farming town and love animals and agriculture!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because every time I hear or learn more about this gospel, I feel God's love and a deeper connection with Him. I know that God is always there watching over everyone and that He loves each and everyone of us with a love greater than we can imagine. I know that He restored this gospel here, in these latter-days, to bring to pass His work and glory and bring all those who will follow it unto Christ. I know that Christ came to the earth and that He died for all of us, and because of that we are able to repent and live with our Heavenly Father and Mother in heaven again. I know that through this gospel and its teachings and covenants that I will be able to live with my family again in heaven, I know that families are not just earthly, but forever. I know that the book of mormon is true. Every time I read it I feel God's love and I know that it could only be restored by Joseph Smith if it was God's will and word. I love this gospel so much and know that God lives and loves! This is the reason why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

While attending college I also take religious classes from the LDS institute by my campus. I enjoy doing my calling of being a FHE leader and working with everyone in my ward. I love going to ward and stake activities and meeting new people!

What do Mormons believe about family?

Because of the atonement of Jesus Christ, everyone will be able to be resurrected and through sacred ordinances we make in God's holy temples, we will all be able to live with our families again. Families are not just associations had here on earth, we can and will see our families again. Through the gospel of Jesus Christ we are sealed to them for eternity. Death is not the end, we will live together again with those we love. Show more Show less

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Missionary work in the Christ of Jesus Christ is voluntary. No one is required to serve a mission. Generally these missionaries that choose to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world are around age 18-19. Some senior men and women and married couples also serve missions. Missionaries serve in the place they are called for 18 months to 2 years. Show more Show less
