Hi I'm Lizzy

I'm a Psychology major, and I love to learn. I love music, organizing, and being in nature. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in the church. I am a Psychology major and I love learning all about people and myself. Music is a great part of my life. I love to sing, I play the violin, and take a peak inside my brain and you'll probably find a song running through it. Organizing is one of my favorite pass times and destressers. I absolutely love nature, and being in the mountains brings happiness to my soul. So if you want to find me, I'll likely be amongst the trees.

Why I am a Mormon

The church has always been a part of my life, and it has grown to be dear to my heart. Life isn't easy, mine certainly hasn't, but knowing I have a Father and a Savior who love me and will help me makes it easier to go through. The Book of Mormon contains Their words and has given me so much guidance throughout my life. I treasure what I learn from its pages. This gospel has truly brought so much peace and direction to my life where I wouldn't have found it elsewhere. The church helps to show me my purpose in this life and I am very grateful to be a part of it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by becoming the best me I can be. I learn about what I can do better and then apply it every day. I know who I want to become and who I am trying to emulate. Sharing the kindness, light, and love of the Savior to all those around me is something I strive to do each day and make it a part of me. Most importantly, I try to serve as my Savior would if He were here - whether it be in church, at home, or wherever I go in this world.
