Hi I'm Andrew Dossett

I am from St. Louis, Missouri. I play soccer at Brigham Young University. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am Andrew and I am from the great city of St. Louis, Missouri. While attending school at Brigham Young University, I played on the University's soccer team. My favorite soccer team is Barca. In addition to this, I enjoy traveling and watching just about any sport out there (hockey is my favorite; let's go blues!).

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, it was easy to just go with the flow and rely on the testimonies of others. However, the day came that my faith started to waiver (because I never attempted to know the truth). After noticing this, I decided to take my faith into my own hands. I began reading the Book of Mormon daily and paying attention in church and General Conferences. Through following the teachings of the Lord in these latter days, I found my life to be more peaceful and I that I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the true church of God, manifested to me through the power of the Holy Ghost.

How I live my faith

As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I strive to do my best in any calling I receive. For example, as a Sunday School teacher, I prepared a lesson to give to my class each week. As a young lad, I went to member's homes with my father to give a small lesson and see if they need assistance with anything. Participation within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is a large part of my life and it strengthens my relationship with the Lord and makes me the positive man I am today.
