Hi I'm Clayton

I was born and raised in the Central Valley of California. I love sports, especially basketball. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 19 years old and just recently graduated from high school. I love all sports but only played basketball in high school all 4 years. I follow professional and college sports (mostly basketball and football). I love my family and friends and enjoy spending time and traveling the world with them. I recently was called to serve a mission in the Texas Houston East Mission. I am super excited to serve the Lord and the people I meet!

Why I am a Mormon

I am your basic Mormon boy. I was born and raised in the church and chose to be baptized at the age of 8. I always believed the church was true but at the age of 14, I wanted to know for myself. So I began to study the scriptures every night. One night after reading I got down on my knees and prayed. I asked if the things which I had been taught in my life about the gospel were true. That night, I knew without a doubt by the power of the Holy Ghost, that this is Christ's church. That through Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, Joseph Smith translated The Book of Mormon and restored the fullness of Christ's church back onto the Earth. If we follow Heavenly Father's commandments, read the scriptures, pray and seek the guidance of our modern day prophets and prophets of old, we will feel the love Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ has for all of us. It will bring joy into our lives. I KNOW that these things are true.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a full time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Texas Houston East Mission. As a missionary, my job is to serve others and help teach them the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It's something I've wanted to do for a long time and I love to serve and help people with any questions they may have.
