Hi I'm Cameron

I grew up in southern Utah. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born into a Mormon family. I have three siblings; two sisters and a brother. In high school I swam and played water polo for my school. I also participated in an early college high school and finished with 72 college credits working toward my degree. I have been called to labor in the Brazil, Fortaleza East Mission for my church where I get to serve other for two years and learn Portuguese. I intend to attend pharmacy school when I return and start a family.

Why I am a Mormon

I have always felt God's love for me expressed through Jesus Christ's Atonement. Repentance has helped me feel a joy I cannot feel anywhere else. I have been strengthened and comforted in my family and I's tough times through grace. That gave me the desire to want to have these feelings forever. I love my family very much and wish to be with them even after this life. These things caused me to desire a church that will fulfill those wishes and so much more for me so I read and prayed about The Book of Mormon. Heavenly Father witnessed to me through the Holy Ghost that this is His church restored upon the earth. I know that we have a Father in Heaven who loves us very much. So much that he organized a plan by which we can inherit all He has. I know God sent Jesus Christ to the earth to perform what no man could as an expression of their love. I know Jesus Christ atoned for our sins, pains, sicknesses, and infirmities so we can overcomes the fall which made us imperfect. Christ also suffered death so all are resurrected. I know when Christ was here he organized a church and that church was restored in the latter days by Joseph Smith. I know Joseph Smith restored the priesthood and priesthood keys so we can make covenants with our Heavenly Father so we can become so much more through obedience. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

Every day I try to become a better follower of Jesus Christ. I do my best to love and serve others anytime an opportunity comes up. In my church I have lead other youth my age and been able to teach them from time to time. I also got to serve helping everyone in my area research their families back as far as they can.
