Hi I'm Michael

I come from a big family. I have six sisters, and am the only boy. I love Byu, the trombone, and my family.

About Me

I just finished my first year of school at Brigham Young University. I studied music, and am a trombone player. I have decided to put my education on hold, because I am preparing to serve a 4 month service mission in Nauvoo Illinois, and a 2 year mission in Japan. After my service, I hope to go to enough school to become a doctor. My dad has always been my doctor, and I have always looked at the job with respect. I hope to one day help those around me as much as I can, and become the person that God wants me to become.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love Jesus Christ. There are so many blessings that bring so much happiness into in my life, that I want to share that same happiness with all those around me. This happiness is one that can only be understood by living the teachings and commandants of Jesus Christ. Because of him, I know that I can be with my loved ones after this life. Through Jesus Christ, I have been given a second chance at life. I am not the same person that I once was. I am more loving, more kind, and a more positive influence on all those around me. I wouldn't trade my faith for anything in this world!

How I live my faith

In my ward in Byu, I was given many opportunists to help those living around me. I was given a leadership position, an that has influenced me to live better. I read out of the Book of Mormon every day, and it brings much needed peace and comfort in hard times in my life.
