Hi I'm Suzanne

I'm a grandmother. I love my family. I enjoy meeting people and I love to travel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a grandmother with 30 grandchildren and 16 (almost) great grandchildren. I graduated from college when I was 53 years old with a degree in Liberal Studies. I have traveled extensively throughout the world and really enjoy visiting new places and meeting new people. I love the gospel and am very grateful to have it in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church for all of my life. The gospel principles I have learned, such as helping others, being kind, etc., have made me a better person. Sometimes life can be extremely difficult. It is during those times that I feel my Savior's love, even if I don't feel very lovable. I know that He is there and He hears my prayers. Sometimes I don't get the answers I want, but He knows me, and knows what is best for me. I love my Savior and I want to serve Him in all I do. I want to live so that someday I can obtain Eternal Life and live with Him. I know that He blesses us and cares for each of us and wants us to be successful and happy. I am so grateful for His sacrifice, the Atonement. When I don't measure up, I know that through repentance and His grace I will still have the opportunity to live with Him once more. My life has been greatly blessed by living the gospel principles.

How I live my faith

I have been an active member of the Church for my whole life. I've worked with the youth (ages 18 months to 18 yrs. old) for more than 40 years. I play the piano for the children and sometimes their Angelic voices bring tears to my eyes. I feel lucky to work with such an amazing group of people. The programs the church provides for children, youth, and men and women are amazing. They give everyone the opportunity to learn, to teach, and to serve each other. My life has been enriched by participating in these programs.
