Hi I'm Quinn

I'm from Ogden Utah, I'm the elder brother to three younger sisters, a son to loving parents, and a now a missionary. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I grew up in Ogden Utah. Playing games and roasting hot dogs in the backyard. I Wrestled at the high school for a few years and learned what it means to work hard. I've done lawncare, farm work, cleaned shops, automotive work, and now service. I've watched a lot of disney movies with my 3 sisters so I could win most Disney trivia. I like to dirtbike, boat, water ski, wakeboard, snowboard, drive, and spend time with family. My church plays a big hand in what I do. I've gone to scout camp multiple times, earned the Eagle scout award, and had a few leadership roles in scouts and in the church. Now called as a missionary, I look to serve and bring the world His truth.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church. So nothing special there. However, why I'm still a member (after my 19 years of life or so), is special to me. I have often wondered what type of a person I would be without the gospel. I would like to say that I would still be good and honorable but in reality I don't think that would be the case. I know that the gospel of Christ is true so I follow God's guidelines and rules. In return for showing Him that I care, I have seen blessings come into my life. Things like protection, love, comfort, and friends. Without the Gospel and the Church, my life would most likely fall apart. It keeps my family together. I have a testimony of God my Father in Heaven and Jesus Christ. I know that Christ is our Redeemer. He said to be like him so I will try my hardest. I haven't had a reason not to be faithful, because, while life is hard, I know that I have been blessed. I feel the Holy Spirit's presence when I try to live my life right. I renew my commitment to Him because I feel Christ's love for us, and I will strive to keep that feeling around as much as possible. I am a Mormon

How I live my faith

By being a good person. I learn from different places and people so I want to give back. I show that I care about others by finding the small opportunities to serve. I was taught by my parents to be thankful for what I have. So giving thanks to God is a huge part of that. And now I have the opportunity to serve a mission for 2 years. Sharing the Gospel and Jesus Christ's Church with others.
