Hi I'm Quinn

I'm from Ogden Utah, I'm the elder brother to three younger sisters, a son to loving parents, and a now a missionary. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I grew up in Ogden Utah. Playing games and roasting hot dogs in the backyard. I Wrestled at the high school for a few years and learned what it means to work hard. I've done lawncare, farm work, cleaned shops, automotive work, and now service. I've watched a lot of disney movies with my 3 sisters so I could win most Disney trivia. I like to dirtbike, boat, water ski, wakeboard, snowboard, drive, and spend time with family. My church plays a big hand in what I do. I've gone to scout camp multiple times, earned the Eagle scout award, and had a few leadership roles in scouts and in the church. Now called as a missionary, I look to serve and bring the world His truth.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church. So nothing special there. However, why I'm still a member (after my 19 years of life or so), is special to me. I have often wondered what type of a person I would be without the gospel. I would like to say that I would still be good and honorable but in reality I don't think that would be the case. I know that the gospel of Christ is true so I follow the church's guidelines and rules. In return for being obedient, I have seen blessings in my life. Things like protection, love, comfort, and friends. Without the Gospel and the Church, my life would most likely fall apart. It keeps my family together. I have a testimony of God and Jesus Christ. I know that Christ is our Redeemer. He said to be like him so I will try my hardest. I was told to be obedient and I will continue to do so. I haven't had a reason not to be faithful, because, while life is hard, I know that I have been blessed. I feel the Holy Spirit's warm countenance. I renew my commitment because I feel Christ's love for us, and I will strive to keep that feeling around as much as possible. I am a Mormon

How I live my faith

I've been through the scouting program. Got to lead as senior patrol leader, help and get help with Eagle Scout awards, and went camping a lot. I've learned a lot from Seminary, it strengthened my testimony of the scriptures. I served in youth presidencies in the young men's groups. Our ward often has opportunities to go to the peach orchard and help out there in any way possible. From picking up branches, pruning, picking peaches, and weeding. I taught the young 'ens who were about 10 years old. We taught and talked about Christ and his gospel along with his restored church. And now I get the opportunity to serve a mission for 2 years.
