Hi I'm Daniel

I love bowling, and I love being a Mormon.

About Me

I have a somewhat complicated blended family that I love. My father passed away when I was only seven months old and I grew up with my mom and step dad, and 7 other siblings. I've sang in choirs and played piano since a young age. I enjoyed playing soccer, and basketball. I love music, and I especially like to listen to "Oldies" music. I rode a unicycle as my main mode of transportation for about two years in junior high school. I was pretty good at math and science in high school, and plan on majoring in mechanical engineering when I finish serving my mission in the Washington D.C. North Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family already in the church. I've never known anything other than going to church for three hours every Sunday. However for a while in my early teens I really hated it, But when I was seventeen after making a lot of poor choices in my life I decided to try putting a little effort into this religion, and the light, and joy that filled my life is undescribable, unlike anything else. I felt all my sins fall away, I lost my worldly desires, and I was truly happy for the first time in a long time.

How I live my faith

I served as president of many of the youth's quorums. I've also had a couple music related callings, I was a pianist for a nearby branch that was a care center for mentally handicapped people, and I loved it. The people there had such an awesome spirit about them. They were all adults however, they seemed like children, and we sang primary songs which are so fun.
